Refunds on Services
As a policy we do not offer refunds on services. Once a service is rendered, there is no way to return the time we have put into it. If you have any questions about our service, you can contact us.
Refunds on Products
Parts/Products purchased directly through MindFire Computer Services are eligible for return in a new/unused state. There will be a 15% restocking fee removed from the return value. Used components are not accepted due to the nature of electrical components. Used products eligibility will be determined on a case by case basis.
Since many customers purchase their own parts from a third party, those refunds should be handled with the third party.
